Stone Chapel Bell Tower Restoration

Lebanon, OH

Restoration work on a private stone chapel. The deteriorated bell tower cap was taken down, rebuilt on a new timber frame, re-roofed and flashed, and the cross re-set on top, preserving the chapel’s hand-painted interior and stained glass.

Adding a bathroom to a finished basement. The slab was cut and broken out to run new drain lines, backfilled and re-poured, then finished with hexagon tile in the bath and luxury vinyl plank through the adjoining living space.
