Bay Window and Patio Door Rot Repair

Morrow, OH

Water damage had rotted the framing under a bay window and around a sliding patio door. The rotted wood was cut out and replaced, the bay was rebuilt and trimmed out, and the patio door opening was repaired.

Stone Chapel Bell Tower Restoration

Lebanon, OH

Restoration work on a private stone chapel. The deteriorated bell tower cap was taken down, rebuilt on a new timber frame, re-roofed and flashed, and the cross re-set on top, preserving the chapel’s hand-painted interior and stained glass.
